Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

AstroRoni offers digital astrology services and consultations. Due to the personalized and instant nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once delivered:

Generated Kundli, horoscope, or numerology reports

Downloaded or accessed digital reports

Completed astrology consultations

3. Consultation Cancellations

If you cancel a booked consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

5. Technical Issues

In case of verified technical issues from AstroRoni’s side that prevent service delivery, we may offer a reschedule or partial/full refund at our discretion.

6. Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

7. Policy Changes

AstroRoni reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
